Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the In Tune Coaching & Strategy website.
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
1. Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at intunecs.com (the “Site”), which is operated by In Tune Coaching & Strategy LLC (“In Tune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that your use of the Site is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to use of the Site and its content and features. They do not, by themselves, create or govern a coaching, consulting, or other professional-services engagement.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about In Tune, its founder, and the coaching and organizational strategy services In Tune may offer. It also provides a way for prospective clients and other visitors to contact In Tune.
Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Descriptions of services are intended to help visitors understand the types of work In Tune performs and are not offers, promises, guarantees, or commitments to provide any particular service.
3. No Client Relationship Created Through the Site
Visiting the Site, using the contact form, sending an inquiry, or otherwise communicating with In Tune through the Site does not create a coaching, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
A professional engagement begins only when In Tune and the client mutually agree to the applicable scope and terms of the engagement, which may be documented in a separate services agreement, proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, or other written agreement.
If a separate written agreement governing professional services conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement will control with respect to those professional services.
4. Nature and Limitations of Coaching and Consulting
In Tune provides coaching and organizational strategy consulting intended to help individuals and organizations explore goals, clarify priorities, strengthen capabilities, evaluate options, navigate change, and take purposeful action.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental-health care. Information provided through the Site also is not intended to constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.
Although professional credentials may be identified on the Site as part of Jeanine’s background and qualifications, the presence of a credential does not mean that services regulated by that credential are being offered through the Site. In particular, the identification of a Professional Engineer credential does not constitute an offer to provide professional engineering services unless such services are expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
Visitors and clients should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals when legal, financial, medical, mental-health, engineering, or other regulated professional advice is required.
The Site and its contact form are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously.
5. Decisions, Outcomes, and Testimonials
Coaching and consulting involve circumstances, decisions, actions, and factors that differ from person to person and organization to organization. In Tune does not guarantee any particular personal, career, leadership, organizational, business, financial, operational, or other outcome.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation choices, and results.
Any testimonials, client perspectives, examples, or descriptions of experiences appearing on the Site reflect the experiences or opinions of the individuals involved. They are not guarantees or promises that another person or organization will achieve the same or similar results.
6. Contact Form and Information You Submit
The Site allows visitors to submit inquiries concerning coaching, strategy services, or other matters.
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not to use the contact form for unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited commercial communications.
Because submitting the form does not create a professional relationship, you should not use the Site to transmit information that is highly sensitive or that requires a legally privileged or specially protected communication channel. For example, please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, detailed medical records, trade secrets, or similarly sensitive information through the general contact form.
By submitting an inquiry, you authorize In Tune to receive, review, retain as reasonably necessary, and use the information you provide for purposes of evaluating and responding to your inquiry and administering related communications.
No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Privacy
Information submitted through the Site is also subject to In Tune’s Privacy Policy, which describes how information collected through the Site is handled.
Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy address different subjects, each document applies to its respective subject matter.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, page designs, photographs, illustrations, downloadable materials, and other original materials—are owned by In Tune or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use Site content for your personal, internal, and noncommercial informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative commercial works from, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Site content without prior written permission from In Tune or the applicable rights holder.
Names, logos, trademarks, certifications, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with normal operation of the Site, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, introduces malicious code, circumvents security or anti-abuse measures, impersonates another person or organization, or places an unreasonable automated burden on the Site or its infrastructure.
You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, deep-link, data-mining tool, or other automated process to access, acquire, monitor, copy, or harvest any portion of the Site or its content, nor use any Site content for the purpose of training machine learning models or artificial intelligence algorithms without our express written consent.
In Tune may restrict or block access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users, its systems, or others.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to websites, professional organizations, credentialing bodies, social networks, or other resources operated by third parties. The Site may also rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, security, communications, or other technical services.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. In Tune does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services merely because they are linked to or used in connection with the Site.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content, products, services, or opinions appearing on that website.
11. Site Accuracy and Availability
In Tune makes reasonable efforts to keep Site information useful and current, but information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors.
In Tune may modify, correct, remove, suspend, or discontinue Site content or functionality at any time without obligation to maintain any particular feature.
Professional credentials, services, descriptions, availability, and other information should be confirmed directly with In Tune when material to a prospective engagement.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
In Tune makes no warranty that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components, or that all information appearing on the Site will at all times be complete, accurate, or current.
Nothing in this section modifies any express obligation In Tune may separately undertake in a written agreement for professional services.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN TUNE COACHING & STRATEGY LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE UPON THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section applies to use of the Site. Liability relating to a paid coaching, consulting, or other professional engagement will instead be governed by the applicable written agreement for that engagement.
14. Changes to These Terms
In Tune may revise these Terms from time to time as the Site, services, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes use of the Site subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material changes affecting an existing professional-services relationship will not modify a separate written client agreement unless permitted by that agreement or agreed to separately by the parties.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and disputes arising from use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising solely from these Terms or use of the Site will be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A failure by In Tune to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
These Terms constitute the agreement concerning use of the Site but do not supersede a separate written agreement governing professional services.
