How In Tune Coaching & Strategy collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

1. Introduction

In Tune Coaching & Strategy LLC (“In Tune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit intunecs.com (the “Site”), contact us through the Site, or otherwise interact with the Site.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site. Information handled as part of an established coaching, consulting, or other professional engagement may also be governed by a separate client agreement or other applicable terms.

2. Information You Provide to Us

The primary way we collect personal information through the Site is when you voluntarily submit the contact form.

The contact form may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your organization, if applicable;
  • whether you are interested in Coaching, Strategy, or are not yet sure;
  • the message or information you choose to provide; and
  • information necessary to process and protect the submission from spam or abuse.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information through the general contact form, such as Social Security numbers, financial-account information, payment-card information, passwords, detailed medical information, or other information requiring a specially protected communication channel.

Submitting the contact form does not create a coaching, consulting, professional, confidential, fiduciary, or other client relationship.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our website hosting, security, and related technology providers may automatically process limited technical information associated with your visit.

Depending on the service and request, this may include information such as:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • browser and device information;
  • operating-system information;
  • referring or requested web pages;
  • approximate geographic information derived from network information;
  • timestamps and request information; and
  • information used to detect automated traffic, abuse, or security threats.

This information is primarily used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the Site.

4. Cloudflare and Turnstile

The Site uses services provided by Cloudflare, including website infrastructure, security services, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form.

Turnstile is an anti-abuse service designed to help determine whether a form submission is being made by a legitimate visitor rather than an automated system. Cloudflare may process technical information about a visitor’s browser, device, network connection, and interaction with the security challenge as necessary to provide this function.

Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes information necessary to provide its security function and does not access, store, or transmit the contents of form entries or other page inputs through Turnstile itself.

Information processed by Cloudflare is also subject to Cloudflare’s applicable privacy practices. You can review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Contact-Form Delivery and Email

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is transmitted through our website infrastructure and used to generate an email inquiry for In Tune.

The Site currently uses Cloudflare Email Sending to deliver contact-form messages. Messages received by In Tune may then be stored and handled through our business email service, including Google Workspace.

These service providers may process information as necessary to transmit, deliver, store, secure, and manage those communications.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Site to:

  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • determine whether our coaching or strategy services may be appropriate for a prospective client;
  • communicate with you about an inquiry you initiated;
  • maintain reasonable business and correspondence records;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and malicious activity;
  • protect the security of the Site and our systems;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal rights when reasonably necessary.

We do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis for doing so.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The Site does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising systems, and we do not currently use a separate third-party website analytics script such as Google Analytics.

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may nevertheless use technical mechanisms necessary to provide website security, network functionality, fraud prevention, and related services.

Certain Cloudflare security configurations may use short-lived cookies or other technical identifiers when required for security functionality.

If In Tune later introduces material new tracking, analytics, advertising, scheduling, payment, or similar technologies, this Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly.

8. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

We also do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

We may disclose or make information available to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as:

  • website hosting and infrastructure;
  • website and form security;
  • email transmission and hosting;
  • technical support; and
  • other services reasonably necessary to operate the Site or respond to an inquiry.

These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements, applicable terms, and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, or governmental requests; to investigate fraud or security incidents; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of In Tune, our visitors, or others.

If In Tune undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and satisfying legal or regulatory requirements.

Contact-form messages and related correspondence may be retained in our business email systems as part of ordinary business records.

Technical and security information may be retained for shorter or longer periods depending on the purpose for which it is processed and the retention settings of the applicable service provider.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact In Tune to request that we:

  • provide information about personal information we maintain about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete personal information that is no longer reasonably necessary; or
  • address another privacy-related concern.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, preserve business records, resolve disputes, maintain security, or exercise or defend legal rights.

Requests may be submitted through the contact information listed below.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information processed through the Site.

The Site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, anti-abuse protections, and third-party infrastructure designed to help secure website and email communications.

However, no Internet transmission, email system, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through or stored in connection with the Site.

12. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including professional organizations, credentialing organizations, or other external resources.

This Privacy Policy does not govern those third-party websites. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and practices.

We encourage visitors to review the privacy practices of third-party websites before providing personal information to them.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking information about professional coaching, organizational strategy, and related services.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and In Tune does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted through the Site without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Visitors Outside the United States

In Tune Coaching & Strategy LLC is based in the United States.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, information you submit or that is processed in connection with the Site may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, the services we use, or applicable requirements.

When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
